The rustic, ethnic interior has been preserved.
Five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious veranda overlooking the orchard offer comfort and relaxation for up to 16 guests.
The large fully equipped kitchen keeps a rural spirit while including all modern appliances.
The house has central heating and atmospheric tiled stoves.
The property is fenced and includes parking, a pergola terrace, a fire pit, a large orchard and a volleyball court.
The space
A covered porch on the north side gives cool shade on hot days, while the 100-meter southern terrace is perfect for sunbathing.
The fenced yard includes a 2,000 m² orchard and a neighboring area for volleyball or badminton. Beyond the fence you will find a birch grove, a stream and a quiet writer's retreat for anyone looking for inspiration. In total, half a hectare is yours to enjoy.
Guests can use the fire pit, balls and badminton rackets.
